After a weary 90 Minute Block, one teacher says to another, "I've tried EVERYTHING and I cannot seem to get a hold of this class, the students just won't stop talking!" Teachers cannot conduct meaningful classes and students cannot benefit from curriculum and instruction if a classroom is not appropriately managed. My hope is to encourage and inspire teachers to reach the "unreachable," as well as share helpful strategies for challenging the higher achiever, of whom, at times, may appear off task, but in actuality, wants to be challenged.
