This workshop will provide a glimpse into why and how to successfully implement the state inquiry standards into your teaching practice for students in K5-5th grades. Teachers will practice and plan a scaffolded, student-centered inquiry lesson plan or unit. This approach to learning can be used to increase all students' ability to analyze data/information, identify and explain relationships or patterns, and use evidence and reasoning to support explanations/inferences in any subject.
