Tips and Tricks for Using Special Education Online Resources
Special education service providers will learn how to locate and use resources available on the Special Education Services (SES) website as well as use the EasyIEP software system to aid in caseload management. Participants should bring a laptop or similar device.

PowerSchool: Successful Searching and Reporting
This is a hands-on workshop to help GCSD PowerSchool administrative users learn the basic three components of a PS search and how to incorporate these basics into compound searches and special field searches (data access tags). We will look at how to pull state specific data such as EFA codes, ESOL info, and Graduation info as well as student demographics. We will discuss different ways to export PS data and how to set Excel as the default program to open PS exports. Lastly we will explore the current customized PS reports and discuss any future needs of any specialized reports for GCSD schools. Note: Participants must be GCSD staff and have current PS access.
